I love stripes but what are rainbows but arced stripes, love them too! Spent yesterday shoveling out the thickest iciest snow (like 3 inches of concrete!) from the driveway - a gift from the ocean! Yesterdays colorful post reminded me of my little rainbows! I've always liked to paint rainbows (and when I was little it used to be hearts on everything!) it must be from all those brightly colored cartoons as a kid, rainbow bright and the care bear with the rainbow on his belly spring to mind... hope you have a bright and colorful day!

ReplyDeleteI am not an artist but have always loved to draw/paint rainbows too! Have you seen the crayons that are a "rainbow" crayon - a little section of each color fused together such that when you draw, you can make a rainbow without any effort? :) My kids love them.
