My Neighborhood Cats

aka Cats in my hood

Spooks eez no touchy- he runs every time we see him (although he has sniffed our scent in the air once or twice) so aloof. He likes to jump up on the car and claim his mountain. He's all black with green eyes. He may be a witch.

Gray Thang- long limbs runs around the neighborhood with his owner WITHOUT a leash- wow! He's actually a Russian Blue. He's a real trainer!

Mocha Java- which is short for Jumbo Java Mocha Latte con Crema (Tom named him in full), he's new in the neighborhood! He has spots like a cow. Very robust.

Hope you had a great weekend with all your neighborhood cats!

Stay tuned for more profiles....

I like how you sketch all the cats in the hood. Our weekend was a wet one, but I did hang with one cat yeterday (our friend has a senior cat)!
Happy Monday! xoxo

There are two tabbies in my hood: one tags along behind its owner while she walks the dog; the other comes when you call it like a cat. The second one also stands somewhere very obvious but just out of view of my dogs when we are walking. It cracks me up.

Nice cats!!

Well, on friday night i went out of my house, there's a big place (a storage) where my Cat, Piper, has a bed because sometimes he don't like to stay inside the house all night.
so, when i went there, in his bed was sleeping a super big and old cat ... and Piper was ... i don't know where ... but wasn't there ...

Regards!

LOVE it! I have a whole roster of neighbourhood cats too. My fave is 'Smokey', who comes to visit me during the day and snuggles with me---she's the neighbour's but I like to pretend she's mine!

Love this...haven't seen any kitties in my neighborhood lately -- that's good because it's too urban & they'd be in danger. But of course, I have a rambunctious redhead here & she's so annoyed that I'm online instead of playing with her.

We visit a darling tuxedo cat (& his canine pal) who lives downstairs. His name is Harry & he's very gentlemanly, as befits his tuxedo'd appearance. Julie keeps tackling him, wanting to play. Harry looks embarrassed for her but is too polite to protest.
Look forward to more profiles in felinity.

OK, something just crashed & I hear her meowing. Can't wait until I can adopt a sib for her.

It was so much fun to "meet" your neighborhood cats!!! Very cute interpretations!! Our neighbor cats are kept in seclusion, but I see them looking out their window from time to time. Very happy and spoiled.
