The lion agreed too.

stpatricksnyc
A quick pop into St. Patrick's Cathedral on 5th Ave. on our way to The Met

freud
Good timing. Admiring the Lucian Freud. Couldn't help thinking that guy looked a lot like the figure painted!

roses@The PlazaTaking a moment to smell the roses at The Plaza

carousel, central park, nyc
Carousel whirlwind in Central Park (love this image, think it would look fantastic as a large C-print!)

vangogh
Scolded by Van Gogh's neighbors

cezanne
Admiring Cezanne's fruit

macaroons
Picking up some treats of our own. Macaroons from Bisous Ciao on the Lower east Side. Never heard of them before, just happened by and couldn't resist! We had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for them to unchill to eat. In the meantime we ate lunch at The Flea Market in the East Village and goobled these up after in Tompkins Sq. Park. Mine was the lemon, Tom's the carmel and sea salt, and Tabitha's lavender with honey! mmm

lichtenstein
My favorite painting of the day. By Roy Lichtenstein @The Met. A good reminder to look past the surface of things, there's beauty in the frame!
