I knew it was over when I saw that bent over old gypsy lady touch the back of Armstrong's jersey with that dead chicken foot!

38 my ass! It's all about the gypsy curse....

In case you've missed it, the Tour has also included so far

Skinny latin men fighting in slippery hard shoes

a Norwegian God of thunder trying to open coca cola with his gappy teeth while balancing on a bike

Adult British men crying like babies while accepting prizes
we found this conversation about it online:
When he's not throwing a tantrum, he's crying like a little bitch.

Starting to grow a hate on for this punk.

"You've never met the guy and you don't know the first thing about him yet you're getting a hate on for him.

You're an idiot."

Pain loving Germans nearly breaking the pedals off of their bikes

Jovial Italo Swiss men gaining time and friends worldwide with their charm

A Texas cracker falling numerous times because of a, to this point, missed gypsy curse

Rain in the Tour, Rain on the Vineyard

Tom and I are a bit bonked from waking up at 6:30 am every morning to catch the Tour ride through the Alps but wouldn't miss it for anything! Hope we haven't lost y'all with our cycling posts but this years race has been incredible! The finale in Paris is THIS Sunday with a criterium down the Champs Elysee! Saturday is also a stage not to be missed, a final climb over Mt. Ventoux , infamous for it's steep inclines and treeless landscape-  especially exciting this year as it falls on the next to the last day- much could be decided. Check Versus website here for local TV listings-

I've also been meaning to post a compilation of a few new items any cycling afficionado must have so here goes..

New biography on Lance Armstrong:
Amazing shots of vintage bicycles:
Any cycling clothing by British Cycle clothing shop Rapha, specifically..
A Subscription to Rouleur Magazine - great cycling photography
Mellow Johnny's cycling gear (Armstrong's Austin Texas Shop)
a new  Cervelo S3
for cycling the Alps (this may also have to include two tickets to next years Tour...)
And a new cycling print of Mon Chat
(as seen above!)

Vivre Le Tour! Have a great cycling packed weekend!

I'm so excited for the start of the Tour de France tomorrow in Monaco!! Part of the race will track the Formula 1 course! Anyone have a private jet and endless funds so we can hop over and catch it all?!
