Post Turkey Reflections
He really wanted some turkey
Had a big turkey feast yesterday, roasted chestnuts on an open fire, 18 pound turkey, the cat munching on turkey neck and licking the pan, climbing in bags and attacking peoples arms, little cherry tomatoes with olives on toothpicks, argyle sweaters, homemade humus, thick gravy and pumpkin pie. We actually worked as sous chefs and celebrated with a neighbor this yr. 12 guests lots of talk. Alsace wine. mm I'm getting hungry just thinking about it all again, time for a turkey sandwich!
